$500 per Hour (4pm – Midnight)

Available Monday – Thursday & Sunday with 25 person minimum; 50 person minimum for Friday; not available Saturday; 3 hour rental minimum required

Venue Rental Includes:

  • Full private access to The Cottage property:

    • Ground Level:

      • Two (2) restrooms

      • ADA accessible elevator

      • Additional 5,700+ square foot oceanfront lot adjacent to venue

    • Main Level:

      • Gathering room

      • Elevator Lobby

      • Two (2) exclusive lounges and/or private meeting space

      • One (1) full bathroom with shower + one (1) half bathroom

      • Outdoor oceanfront deck with covered pergola, surrounding Phantom screens and heaters

      • Private beach access with private walkway and gazebo

    • Upper Level:

      • Dining room, workshop, and/or conference space

      • (2) ADA accessible restrooms

      • Outdoor balcony with surrounding screens

  • Complimentary one (1) hour to be utilized for setup and breakdown

  • Access to venue inventory (tables, chairs, high top tables, etc.)

  • Internet hardline & Wifi

  • Indoor & outdoor electrical sources

  • TV screen-share capabilities for presentations

  • Offsite parking solutions

  • House music

  • Access to approved list of vendors

Cost Per Person Experience Includes:

  • Bar Services

    • (3) hour open bar services with house selection:

      • (2) white wine + (2) red wine

      • (1) domestic beer + (1) craft beer

      • Special beverage request(s) will be an additional cost and are subject to market pricing and availability

      • Outside alcohol is strictly PROHIBITED

Not Included:

  • Catering and/or bakery services (must be provided by preferred vendor)

  • Shuttle & transportation services

    • No onsite parking. Professional transportation services must be coordinated.
