    • Consumption Based Bar: Client will have one on-going tab to be paid at the conclusion of the event with a required 20% gratuity

$4,500 deposit is required with the signed contract to secure the date.

The remaining venue rental fee of $4,000 is due 90 days after the contract is signed.

A payment plan will be outlined in the contract, with the final balance due 45 days before the event date. All payments are non-refundable.

Vendor pricing is subject to change based on market costs which may affect package pricing.
